These terms apply to the public MEY website. Project work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.
1. Website information
Information on this website is general and may change. Package prices are starting prices based on a defined scope and are not binding until confirmed in a written quotation.
2. Third-party costs
Hosting, database, automation, messaging, model/API, domain and other provider fees are separate unless a written proposal specifically includes them. Usage-based costs vary with traffic and activity.
3. AI limitations
AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Systems involving medical, legal, financial, regulatory or other high-impact decisions require suitable human review, governance and professional advice.
4. Intellectual property
The MEY brand, website design and public content are protected. Client ownership and licence terms for commissioned work are stated in the relevant project agreement.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MEY is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, third-party service interruptions or unauthorised use of the site.
